Staging an event at the Swan Hill Resort is easy. Our Functions and Events management team will assist with your every need and aspiration. Swan Hill Resort features six event venues and the ability to cater for gatherings from 10 to 290 delegates and guests. Swan Hill Resort is a quality venue using state-of-the-art conference equipment and a totally professional approach, ensuring your next function is staged managed and presented in a manner that provides you with positive outcomes, on time, every time.
The Palm Banquet & Function Room offers the perfect solution for your needs. This contemporary designed room has a high, white-painted ceiling, well positioned, dimmable down lighting and a dance floor. For those functions of eighty plus, the additional flexibility of our facilities come into play. Between the Palm Banquet Room and Palm Restaurant, there is a movable wall which enables both rooms to be used as a single dining or conference facility. The combined seating capacity can facilitate gatherings of 150 for dinner and up to 180 on a theatre style setting.
This room layout makes for an ideal wedding setting, gala dinner or the staging of a major banquet event. The Palms Restaurant is some three steps, (450mm), higher than the Palm Banquet Room, giving a mezzanine effect to the room.
Conferences
The Palm Banquet & Function Room offers the perfect solution for your needs. For those functions of 120 plus, the additional flexibility of our facilities come into play. Between the Palm Banquet Room and Palm Restaurant there is a movable wall which enables both rooms to be used as a single dining or conference facility. The combined seating capacity can facilitate gatherings of 180 for dinner and up to 240 on a theatre style setting.
This room layout makes for an ideal wedding setting, gala dinner or the staging of a major banquet event. The Palms Restaurant is some 3 steps, (450mm), higher that the Palm Banquet Room, giving a mezzanine effect to the room.
Weddings and Functions
Our newest facility, the Palm Theaterette /Lecture Hall, is a best-practice lecture hall venue, seating 56 delegates. The venue features tiered seating with every seat having a fold-away occasional table and power outlet for every delegate’s notebook. Wireless broadband, AV projectors, surround-sound full theatre sound, and exceptional acoustics all assist in making this venue one of the best in the region.
The Georgina Room & The Board Room
Step back some 40 years and experience the charm of these rooms. Fully air-conditioned and offering an unequalled theme to any event. With high ceilings, these ‘Victorian’ rooms can be set for many and varied occasions and offer the intimacy and eclectic charm of an earlier time.
